Vector Based
Graphics
This project is a personal ongoing project that I have been doing for a couple of years. Creating artwork based around games I've played or creations I've came up myself.
This project as the title suggests has the artwork made in Vector graphics as seen below.
These two images above are my out of my Personal Robot collection with some fully finished ones or ones that I are working on or just haven't finished unfortunately. Otherwise these two are finished artwork and as such have placed them here to demonstrate my capability in said artwork with Vector Graphics.
The following two artwork above are from the classic video game franchise: Half life. The artwork here is based off of the two games; Half-life 2 and Half-life Alyx.
I liked the design of the enemy NPCs in those games and made a few artwork based around them and used them as references when creating the art for them.

As this project is on-going I'm still making more Vector Graphics as I go in life with anything that I find interesting, I tend to make art of it. Despite looking simple, I still like making art like this and continue to do so.
A good comparison of how I've developed over the years is how I revamped a very old version of a design I created. It was one of my first ever creations of a Robot I had in mind that would be featured in construction work.
The old version is above.
Whilst the new revamped version is below.
The black lines in the old version were making the art stick out too much in my opinion, So I eventually combated that when I developed further into my art later down the line. Instead of using black lines I used colour to separate the different layers of the Robot and it made it blend together much better compared to how I originally did them in the past.

All of this work was made in Serif Drawplus X8, An old artwork software which I still use today due to knowing how it works and how I've created most of my Vector Graphics in.

I still enjoy creating these pieces of art and continue to do so today!
